Mechanically reproduced entries will not be eligible. All entries become the property of Canada Wide Media Limited and will not be acknowledged or returned. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PRIZE: two tickets to King John. Some restrictions apply. bcliving.ca reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should this prize become unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise specified, winners of prizes of the Contest are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred or related to the use of any of the prizes. Redemption is based on availability and not valid long weekends. bcliving.ca reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to cancel any or all of the Contest at any time for any reason whatsoever. Approximate retail value: $90. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, substituted, redeemed or added to in any way. All decisions of the judges with respect to any part of the Contest are final. HOW TO WIN AND ELIGIBILITY: A random draw will be held in Burnaby, British Columbia on August, 7 2012 at 9am. Winners will be contacted within a week. Prize recipients will have 48 hours after draw date to claim their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a second chance draw will be held for any unclaimed prizes. Odds of winning will be dependent upon the number of valid eligible entries received. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer the time-limited skill-testing question. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first sign a Waiver of Liability form, a Rule Compliance form, and a Publicity Release, agreeing to the use of his or her name, photo, likeness, voice and/or statements, without any compensation other than the prize offered. By entering the Contest, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the Contest and agree to the decisions of the independent judging organization with respect to all aspects of this Contest. All individual residents of British Columbia are eligible to win, provided they have not won any prizes from bcliving.ca in the past 90 days, and further provided they are over the age of majority of 19 years of age in British Columbia by July 20, 2012. All employees of Canada Wide Media Limited, its respective advertising or promotional agencies, or family members with whom these employees are domiciled are ineligible for participation in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
