The Voice Introduces Facebook Voting for Season 2 Live Shows

The Voice's judge Cee Lo Green
Do you think celebrity judge Cee Lo Green will be using The Voice's new Facebook app?

The Voice's new Facebook app will allow for a more interactive fan experience

Considering social media is so important to The Voice – NBC's singing competition has a social media correspondent, for pete's sake – it makes a lot of sense that the show is introducing Facebook voting for its second season.

Starting with the first live show on April 2, viewers will be able to vote for their faves via a new Facebook app. You can also connect with your friends to see who they're rooting for, and track the progress of your chosen artists from week to week. There will also be exclusive performance videos and blogs involved.

NBCU digital entertainment president Vivi Zigler says in a statement, "This app gives our already socially savvy fans another way to connect and share. From declaring their favorite artist to discovering friends' preferences to interacting with more content, the app creates a fully social online voting experience."

So, who are you rooting for this year? Which team has the best chance of winning?
