Chandler and Miles suspect that an escaped psychiatric patient who has an obsession with Lon Chaney’s classic horror film London After Midnight is responsible for the brutal murder of a young babysitter. Meanwhile, Ripperologist Buchan questions his future with the police after his failure in the last case.
Lives on Fire (New Series)
5 p.m. & 10 p.m., OWN
In this action-packed reality series, four female firefighters risk their lives each day as they battle fires throughout southern California — when they’re not being called to other types of emergencies. At the same time, the women fight to prove that they can work as hard as men in the same job while never losing what it takes to go home each night to be good wives and mothers.
Make Me Over, Make Me Under (New Series)
6 p.m. & 7 p.m., repeats at 9 p.m. & 10 p.m., Slice
While other makeover shows turn the frumpy into fancy, this new series (in back-to-back episodes) goes one step further by allowing stylists/hosts David Clemmer and Nicole Manek help some over-the-top ladies tone it down a notch by making them less Jersey Shore and more girl-next-door.

Saving Hope

Alex Reid (Erica Durance) treats a young boy suffering from mysterious symptoms while dealing with the arrival of comatose Charlie’s (Michael Shanks) ex-wife. Elsewhere in the hospital, Joel Goran (Daniel Gillies) and Maggie Lin (Julia Taylor Ross) try to help a patient who refuses life-saving treatment on religious grounds.
