If you can’t get enough of all the mama drama from all of those young women on Teen Mom, then you can always get your fix with this navel-gazing special in which the girls discuss the events that occurred on the series itself — that’s right, a reality show about a reality show. If this takes off, who knows where it can lead — can we expect to see Teen Mom: A Closer Look — Beyond the Changing Table next month?

Food meets high fashion in tonight’s competition when the contestants are challenged to create a menu for fashion designers, with the lucky winners taking home brand new wardrobes, while the losers get stuck prepping for a dinner/fashion show.

As the hotel hosts a party to celebrate the book Sex in South Beach, sex is also on Eyal’s mind when it comes to Morgan, while David plots to get closer to Karina.

NCIS: Los Angeles

In this rerun, Nell goes undercover after a researcher in the Department of Defense is found murdered. Meanwhile, the new NCIS Assistant Director (guest star Miguel Ferrer) questions Hetty’s ability to run the team.

Chef Roblé Ali has his hands full when he must juggle a graduation party for one of Vanessa Williams’ children and a temperamental client who demands an extravagant dessert for her glitter-themed soirée.

Love in the Wild
10 p.m., CTV & NBC
The newly formed trios are shackled together to as they trek through the jungle and into a smouldering bat cave — that sounds like some date. While the winning trio will enjoy a romantic sailboat cruise for three, this week’s “couple’s choice” ceremony will feature some surprise rejections, with six women being sent home.
