As proof that food trucks aren’t limited to tacos and burgers, these two back-to-back episodes sample the mobile menus at L.A.’s Slap Fish (which offers a delicious crab-and-brie sandwich) and Orange County’s Home Skillet, which offers items such as pomegranate riblets and seared sea scallops.
Diamond Divers (New Series)

Somewhere just off the coast of South Africa, billions of dollars worth of diamonds lie at the bottom of the ocean just waiting to be found. This new series follows the real-life adventures of a Washington-based crew exploring the shipwrecks off Africa’s treacherous Skeleton Coast.
Mekong: Soul of a River
8 p.m. & Midnight, Knowledge
This four-part documentary series takes viewers on a trip up the Mekong River to explore the natural habitat of the wildlife that lives along it, and the people whose lives depend on it.
2012 NHL Awards Show
8 p.m., CBC
Vancouver-based rockers Nickelback will be performing at the league’s annual post-season awards gala, but don’t let that deter you from watching your favourite players accept awards for their prowess on the ice.
Suburgatory

This rerun features a makeshift Clueless reunion when Alicia Silverstone guest stars alongside Jeremy Sisto, her former co-star in that 1995 comedy.
