Recipe: Deli-style Turkey Rollups

Turkey roll-ups skip the bread so they don't get soggy in transit


Avoid the pitfalls of soggy sandwiches by trying these bread-free and kid-friendly turkey roll-ups 



Ingredients

  • 1 cup arugula or baby spinach leaves
  • 4 slices all natural nitrate-free deli peppered turkey breast
  • 4 slices of havarti cheese or Rustico with Black Peppercorns cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay 1/4 cup baby spinach or arugula on each slice of turkey.
  2. Top each with a piece of cheese.
  3. Roll up and cut in half before serving.

Serves 2 to 4
