With the desire to run their business in keeping with their values, Bandidas Taqueria owners Aiyana Kane and Jackie Rae Avery eschew car transport in favour of a cargo bike, which they use for all restaurant supply pickups.
“It’s actually not that bad to ride the bikes,” says Kane. “It’s fun, and it’s a way that we can run our business in line with our philosophy.”
