Yaletown's latest restuarant opened with a bang, and we were there to capture the electric atmosphere
Yaletown’s newest restaurant The Parlour heated up Hamilton St. with a packed room on opening night.
Guests sampled their way through the menu, enjoyed wines on-tap along with specially beers, and sipped craft cocktails by Absolut Elyx vodka.
The fully renovated space that once belonged to Skoah Spa now has its own unique atmosphere with a black and white checkerboard floor in the bar. An inventive menu, featuring handcrafted pizzas and a modern twist on classic comfort cuisine, guarantees a great time.
Owned and managed by industry veterans Paul Rivas (La Bodega) and brothers Sean and Chris Holland (Cactus Club Restaurants), The Parlour expertly marries a touch of the eclectic with quality food, drink and culture to create an unforgettable experience.
Check it out next time you’re in Yaletown.
