Whether you're planning a fancy soirée or just sipping cocktails on the patio, these four vodka cocktails by Bearfoot Bistro's bar manager, Scott Barber are a fresh way to celebrate summer

 

 

1. Wybo Graduation

Wybo GraduationWyborowa WodkaINGREDIENTS 

  • 1½ oz Wyborowa Wodka
  • 5 oz black currant liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup
  • 3 muddled blackberries
  • 3 raspberries
  • Cracked pepper
  • Mint sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake with ice and double strain into a martini glass.

  2. Garnish with a mint sprig, raspberry and cracked pepper on the surface.

2. Wybo Sweet & Smoky

Wybo Father’s DayWyborowa WodkaINGREDIENTS 

  • 1½ oz Wyborowa Wodka
  • ¾ oz amaro
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bar spoon of amarena cherry juice (infused with brandy and vanilla beans)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir over ice and serve in a rocks glass.*

  2. Garnish with orange zest and an infused amarena cherry.

*Bearfoot Bistro has a cocktail smoker, which adds a smoky flavor to the cocktail.

 

3. The Whistler

  • 1½ oz Wyborowa Wodka
  • ½ oz potato schnapps
  • ¼ oz absinthe
  • 2 oz chamomile tea
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz honey syrup
  • 1 egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dry shake followed by iced hard shake.

  2. Served in a coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

4. Intrepid Spring

Intrepid SpringWyborowa VodkaINGREDIENTS

  • 1½ oz Wyborowa Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz lavender syrup
  • 2 dashes of soda
  • 4 muddled grapes lemon grass

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake and serve in a tall glass with crushed ice and an ice wine float.

  2. Garnish with sliced grapes on a bamboo skewer with a sexy sliver of lemongrass.
