It’s that time of the year againthe time when men around the world grow facial hair for Movember, a global campaign raising awareness for prostate cancer and men’s health. And whether you’re sporting a moustache or not, there are tons of events and fundraisers happening around the city where you can show your support for the Movember Foundation.

Party Movember-style at The Waldorf

On Saturday, November 19, get ready for a fun-filled night of swing dancing, flappers, shakers, cabaret performances and live jazz music at The Waldorf Hotel. The Tabu club will host the Moustache Party Movember, a speakeasy-style ‘stache bash complete with a moustache competition and dance lessons.

Treat your Mo Bros to L’Occitane products

L’Occitane has partnered with The Movember Foundation to promote men’s health and well-being for the entire month. Every Tuesday, all Mo Bros will receive 15% off all men’s products in stores and online by using the code ‘MOVEMBER.’

Enjoy Movember delights by Thomas Haas

Thomas Haas is supporting the Movember Foundation for the second year in a row by donating 10 per cent of proceeds from his exclusive moustache-themed creations, including: Chocolate Movember Lollipops, a Movember Moustache Bar featuring Guinness ganache and a stout-malt wafer, and a Movember Dark Chocolate Cake featuring delectable dark whisky ganache, malt wafer and moustache accents. Take part in the Miler Run

Gather your friends and family to run or walk for a cause. The Movember Moustache Miler is a global virtual run, which means you can participate whenever and wherever you want from November 15 until November 30. Look for a local meet-up happening in your area, or create your own 5k, 10k, or half-marathon route. Post your “Mo Pride” on social media using #MoMiler, and don’t be afraid to get creative (there’s a prize for the best moustache-shaped run).
