Whip up this delicious and healthy breakfast dish from Vancouver's Honolulu Coffee



  • ½ cup unsweetened frozen acai berries
  • ½ cup apple juice (you can substitute with your favourite beverage, for example any juice, almond milk, etc.)

  •  cup frozen strawberries
  •  cup frozen blueberries
  •  cup frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Blend everything into a soft-smooth texture
  2. Put into your favourite bowl.
  3. Add toppings (below).
