Try out this easy variation on the classic Italian salad from Vancouver's Kitskitchen
- Grape tomatoes
- Mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic reduction (we love Whistler-based Nonna Pia Gourmet)
- Extra long toothpicks
- A pinch of salt
- After skewering a portion of basil, tomato and mozzarella to each toothpick (as pictured), drizzle the balsamic reduction overtop.
- Add a pinch of salt on top to accentuate taste.
