The Details: Sakura-themed offerings are a must-try at this time of year, and the talented chefs at Ancora Waterfront Patio and Dining have a special five-course tasting menu that features floral-themed offerings. “Embracing the harmony of Peruvian and Japanese cultures,” try the Nigiri Trio with pink-hued sushi rice, Tuna Causa with seared tuna and sakura-infused causa, Smoked Sable Croquettes with sakura chalaca, plus more until Thursday, April 29. Available Sunday through to Thursdays at both their False Creek ($59) and Ambleside ($60) locations, relax in the sun on their outdoor patios with beautiful views across the water.
