The Dish: Weekend brunch
The Details: Weekend brunch has returned to Italian Kitchen with a selection of new dishes as well as old favourites, like the classic Truffle Spaghetti and Meatballs, plus Linguine Cacio e Pepe. New menu highlights include Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with baby tomato, avocado purée, burrata and egg; Panettone French Toast with macerated berries, mascarpone cream, amaretto crunch and maple syrup (pictured below); and the wonderfully creamy Bucatini Carbonara with guanciale, scallions, Pecorino Romano, cracked black pepper and poached egg.
Brunch is served on Saturday and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
