The amenities: Specifically designed to maximize outdoor space—allowing residents to take in expansive ocean views, this cedar house with hot tub is the perfect getaway for those who are looking to relax. Perched on top of a hill, the house offers arriving guests a spacious living room with wood-burning stove upon entry, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, full bathroom and one of two bedrooms. Then, head up the spiral staircase to discover the loft and a desk/work area, TV area and second sleeping space with a king-sized bed, overlooking stunning vistas.
