Summer has officially arrived, and Tractor at Home has something delicious on the menu for the season ahead that you can also make at home.
1/4 cup gluten-free tamari
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup lime juice
4 teaspoons agave
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup grapeseed oil
Whisk all marinade ingredients in a large container.
Pour marinade into large Ziploc bag with flank steak, and marinate overnight for up to 12 hours.
Preheat the grill to high and remove steak from marinade to oil grill.
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side and let rest in foil for 5 minutes.
Slice thinly, against the grain, and serve with your favourite sides.
