All you have to do is reheat and serve. The package includes pre-carved honey-glazed ham, a variety of sides, fragrantly spiced fluffy Railtown hot cross buns (served with whipped butter), and—to finish—customers will be treated to a rhubarb crumble, accompanied by house made vanilla ice cream.
All packages are available in 'small' (which feeds four to six for $239) or 'large' (feeds eight to 10 for $379). Hot, ready-to-eat packages are also available for an extra charge of $50. Additional side dishes are available on an à la carte basis, and there is always the option to include a rosemary-crusted lamb leg.

BacchusThis Easter weekend, Wedgewood Hotel’s Bacchus Restaurant is introducing an exclusive table d’hôte brunch menu ($72 per person), with a variety of sweet and savoury creations to choose from. Welcomed with a traditional hot cross bun sharing basket upon arrival, guests can then choose from a variety of Easter starters such as an apricot and pistachio parfait, turkey Mulligatawny soup, beef tartare crostini and more. To follow, entrees include pulled pork on jalapeno cornbread, buttermilk fried Cornish game hen and waffles, pan-seared Haida Gwaii halibut, and cinnamon brioche French toast to just name a few.
