Now in its sixth year, Negroni Week was launched as a celebration of the classic cocktail as well as an effort to raise money for charities around the world. This year, Rosewood Hotel Georgia has opted to donate to the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the earth’s oceans and beaches.
During the celebration, Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s three distinct drinking venues (Reflections, 1927 Lobby Lounge, and Prohibition) will be offering three delectable variations of the Negroni. You can pull up a bar stool during this special week, or try playing bartender at home.
Stir all ingredients into glass over ice, garnish and serve.
Poured over a frozen Negroni ice cube made of:
