1. The Lazy Gourmet

The Lazy Gourmet is making Valentine’s Day celebrations easier this year with a selection of new menus and food boxes. The Saint Valentine set menu (from $120 for two) includes a vegan tapas platter and kale panzanella salad, followed by a choice between braised short rib with potato latkes and garlic broccolini, banana leaf wrapped miso cod with sides, or miso glazed Japanese eggplant with sides. And, for dessert, a decadent red velvet cheesecake with whipped cream, gold pearls and chocolate hearts finishes off the meal. They are also offering a seafood tapas box ($125) featuring a selection of all seafood and a dessert box that includes a variety of delicious sweet treats ($36 for 20 pieces).

2. Fable Diner

Available for dine-in only, Fable Dinner is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day menu ($45 per person) alongside two Valentine’s Day packages for takeout and delivery ($50 to $55). Their dine-in entre?e menu features grilled sirloin steak, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, seared sockeye salmon with mashed potatoes, green beans, confit tomatoes or house-made pasta.

This Valentine’s Day fan the flames of love with dine-in and take-home sharing menus from Maenam. Their Valentine’s Day chef’s tasting menus (lunch for $37 and dinner for $48) are served family-style to be shared for an authentic Thai dining experience. The menus include a variety of dishes like house-made pork sausage salad with crispy rice, delicate lingcod, seafood turmeric gati curry accented with makrut lime and ikura and so much more.

4. Jules Bistro

5. Wedgewood Hotel and Bacchus Restaurant

Combine culinary delights with an overnight experience at Wedgewood Hotel and Spa this Valentine’s. Chef Lau has created a sumptuous five-course dinner ($129 per person) to celebrate the season of love, complete with live piano entertainment from Sean Allen. The menu features Stellar Bay’s oyster and pearls, yellow tail king fish crudo, cocoa crusted rack of lamb and so much more. They are also offering 30 percent off European-inspired suites for locals for the month of February.

Bringing back his famous Beef Heart Tartare ($16) for one night only, chef Chris Lam of the Straight and Marrow will be creating his favourite dish with heart-shaped quail’s egg to show love to your favourite person. Bar manager Chad Rivard has also curated a ‘Kiss from a Rose’ cocktail ($14) with wild rose-infused vodka, creme de cassis, Lambrusco Rosso (sparkling red wine) and Miss Better’s chocolate bitters exclusively for Valentine’s weekend.

Offering an all-new signature prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinner for two ($199.50), Gotham’s multi-course feature menu includes a choice of 6 ounce filet or 8 ounce New York strip steak paired with Atlantic lobster tail  and drawn butter, herb-roasted purple and white fingerling potatoes, braised caramelized endives with Iberico ham and manchego gratin.
