An easy, healthy salad dressing recipe from Drive Organics (Cook the 'Hood).
Spawned from one of the first original health food stores in Vancouver, Drive Organics on Commercial Drive is an informative neighbourhood farm market focusing on local organic produce and meats, a huge selection of bulk and dry goods, plus all-natural baby, health and beauty products.
“Commercial Drive has been the starting point for every big food movement this city has ever seen. It seems most people here will go without a new jacket or a fancy car, but they won’t go without good food” —Jeff Proseilo, Drive Organics general manager
