Make Garlic Spread

• 500 mL (2 cups) garlic greens
• 2 garlic cloves
• 125 mL (1⁄2 cup) olive oil
• 5 mL (1 tsp.) sea salt

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Serve with toasted pita. Served with soup or salad this makes a complete meal.
