Their espresso bar, locally roasted brews and homemade treats can be enjoyed over a friendly board game or novel (you'll find both in-house) that make up the Drink House ambiance.

On March 12, try something different at Vancouver Foodster's Tasting Plates Event: The Fraser Edition. Explore one of the best neighbourhoods in Vancouver to grab a bite, stretching from 28th Avenue northbound to Kingsway.

This area, also known as the Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood, will be showcasing local restaurants offering tasting plates prepared specially for the occasion.

The event runs from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with tasting plate dishes kept under wraps until the it's time to eat. Be sure to buy your tickets online in advance. Here's a preview of the participating restaurants.
