The Vancouver Home and Design Show has all the latest trends from an inflatable, eco-friendly bubble room to hot vintage finds
Outdoor living pod, the CasaBubble, was one of the highlights of the Vancouver Home and Design Show.
More than 40,000 visitors stopped by The Vancouver Home and Design Show at BC Place Stadium this past weekend to check out the latest in decor and lifestyle trends. There were more than 325 exhibitors, high-profile industry personalities and creative presentations. BCLiving home and garden editor Amy Mair sat down with Vancouver design team A Good Chick to Know to discuss their display on vintage furniture. Designers Jennifer Scott and Megan Baker outline how preloved furniture, from retro to vintage, work in a modern space. Amy then speaks with the inventor and owner of the one of the most talked about displays of the weekend: the CasaBubble. The inflatable, eco-friendly pods are funky, temporary living spaces made to blend the indoors and out. Finally, get a sneak peek at BCLiving‘s new print publication set to debut in early November!
