Kamloops Wine + Beverage Festival (May 30 – Jun 1)

Celebrating its 26th year, the Kamloops Wine + Beverage Festival sees wine connoisseurs and beverage enthusiasts come together to sample the finest libations from the region, and beyond. The event kicks off with ‘Cheese the Day,’ a wine and cheese pairing event led by the esteemed Canadian Cheese Ambassador David Beaudoin, which promises to be a comedic, interactive foodie adventure. The festival also sees the return of the ever-popular Grand Wine & Beverage Tasting Party. 2024 Dynamic Discs Tournament Capital Open (Jun 14 – 16)

Whether you’re a novice angler or a seasoned pro, this fishing derby is a great way to enjoy the great outdoors and support a worthy cause because all proceeds go to the Alzheimer Society.

SpringFest 2024 (May 9 – 12)

As spring blossoms, downtown Kamloops bursts into life with SpringFest. This multi-day celebration showcases the finest in local arts, culture and entertainment, offering everything from live music performances to artisan markets. New this year is the Late Night Shopping event on Friday, May 10. Kamloopa Powwow (Jun 28 – 30)

Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the Secwépemc people at the Kamloopa Powwow, a hallmark event celebrating Indigenous heritage in Western Canada. Now in its 43rd year, this three-day iconic gathering brings together an estimated 500 dancers and drummers from across Canada and the US to share traditional dance, music and storytelling.
