Some of the hottest restaurants, bars and lounges are offering up daily specials that’ll keep your thirst quenched, your taste buds captivated and your wallet full. Monday

Everyone hates Mondays, but there’s nothing like the promise of good deals on yummy meals to help you get out of bed in the morning. Charlie’s Little Italian on Main offers a special $15 feature pizza and beer. Bring the kids out to Trattoria’s West 4th location for Family Night, where kids under the age of eight eat free after 4 p.m. Not in the mood for Italian? Give Mondays a Mexican twist with $10 tacos at Lolita’s on Davie Street.

Tuesday

Keep up the momentum with Trattoria’s Tratt Tuesday, when they feature signature pasta dishes for only $11 when you dine in. Or, meet up with someone special and head to Gastown’s Brioche Urban Eatery for Date Night at Brioche where they’re serving up a rotating four-course menu for just $19.95 per person. If you’d rather impress your date with your taco eating abilities, then check out The Bitter Tasting Room for their all-you-can-eat Taco Tuesdays for $12.

Wednesday

Get over the hump at one of Bellagio Café’s at two convenient downtown locations, one on Hornby Street and the other near the Convention Centre, with 50 per cent off pizza or pasta after 6:00 p.m. (you can also snag this deal on Monday and Tuesdays). For lunch be sure to attend Black and Blue’s Beef Dip Wednesdays, where their mouth-watering beef dip is only $10. If it’s one of those weeks where you need something with alcohol content, head to Sip Resto Lounge for $4 Cazadores Tequila and Big Surf.

Thursday

Go big on your Thursday night dinner at Glowbal Grill’s Tomahawk Thursday. A 3lb Tomahawk Steak is $79 – that’s $46 in savings from the regular price of $125. On the opposite end of the spectrum is Graze, the plant-based restaurant that prides itself in using local and sustainable products. Graze’s Date Night Thursdays offers a delicious and nutritious three-course dinner for two people for $50. Whether you conquered a steak or enjoyed a laid-back date, you can head back to Sip Resto Lounge afterwards for $4 highballs to finish off the night.

TGIF has never rung more true than when you’re devouring an $11 burger and beer from Glowbal Grill, Coast, Italian Kitchen, Black and Blue or The Fish Shack. For seafood look no further than Vancouver’s Joe Fortes’ Friday Blue Plate Lunch Special feature (there’s a lunch special from Monday to Friday), their West Coast Fish Cakes. If you’re looking for the freshest seafood special in town then stop by The Fish Shack for their Lobster and Crab Fest where they’re serving up a pound of lobster or a whole crab for $19.95.
