Make some heart-shaped embellishments for your home to last throughout the year
Make a heart-shaped stamp to print on tea towels and linens
Heart-shaped cut-outs and prints, for example, are folksy signifiers of Scandinavian design and always look hip.
Use wooden cut-outs to decorate cupboards or doors, hang them on a wall or scatter them on a table. Hint: Write a love note on the back first.
Then try making a heart-shaped stamp to print on tea towels and linens. Use a potato as a base (cut into a heart) or purchase a rubber stamp.
Using fabric ink or paint, press the stamp onto ready-made linens. You can also use the same technique to make your own paper valentines and love-letterhead.
