Glee Reprises Gotye’s Somebody That I Used to Know

Okay, so we know Darren Criss and Matt Bomer are playing brothers in the Tuesday, April 10 episode of Glee. But after watching the full version of their duet on Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know, we’re not alone in thinking that in another world (ie not on Glee, they could play lovers — right? (Somebody tell us we’re not crazy.)

It’s not our fault — the song is a scorching breakup anthem and the actors have a ton of chemistry. They’re also both insanely good-looking, which probably helps sell that Anderson family resemblance.

Judging from the clip, Bomer’s Cooper has not been the best big brother to Criss’ Blaine, and there’s a lot of unresolved emotion between the two. For a second we had a mini heart attack thinking the song would mean Blaine and Kurt were undergoing a little relationship trouble, but after watching the whole thing it’s clear that this is a family issue.
