Macy’s Million Dollar Makeover With Clinton Kelly
4 p.m. & 11 p.m., TLC
What Not to Wear’s Clinton Kelly hosts this unique special that gives three lucky entrepreneurs the chance to make their professional dreams come true when they get a personal makeover and then pitch their fashion, food or home ideas to the executives of Macy’s for a chance to win a million bucks.

Frontline
7 p.m. & 12:30 a.m., WTVS; 10 p.m., KCTS
Thanks to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and its spin-offs, most TV viewers assume the scientific techniques used to solve crimes result in airtight evidence. Scientific methods used on forensic evidence, however, can be unreliable and inconsistent, and tonight’s presentation, The Real CSI, explores how crime-scene evidence actually muddied the waters in the sensational murder trial of Casey Anthony and the FBI’s botched investigation of the Madrid terrorist bombing.

The Debaters
8:30 p.m., CBC

9 p.m., The CW
This overly-complicated thriller about estranged twin sisters Bridget and Siobhan (both played by Sarah Michelle Geller) — one a former drug-addicted stripper on the run from a mobster, the other a rich socialite who faked her own suicide — wraps its first season in typical over-the-top style, with many dark secrets surfacing as (also airs Friday at 10 p.m. on Global).

Raising Hope (Season Finale)
9:31 p.m., Citytv & Fox
Although ratings weren’t great and it didn’t get a lot of attention, this lightly twisted comedy has been dependably funny. Hopefully it will return for a third season.

Private Practice
10:01 p.m., Citytv & ABC
Family matters are at the forefront in this episode as Cooper and Charlotte try to help Mason come to terms with his mother’s worsening medical condition, while Sheldon and Jake tackle a case involving a woman who was jailed for killing her two children and now finds herself pregnant with a third.
