Bocconcini salad is so easy to make and now that the Vancouver Farmers Markets are in full swing, you can get locally grown tomatoes and basil at five different locations across town.
A balsamic reduction will make this dish even more special. I love Nona Pia’s balsamic reduction and it’s made nearby in Whistler.
If you have friends dropping by, this recipe is quick and easy to whip up and the addition of bread and wine makes it totally guest-worthy.
