Vancouver-based Oak + Fort takes its brand beyond fashion this fall
Vancouver-based minimalist fashion brand Oak + Fort is stepping into lifestyle and decor with the launch of its latest home collection. Oak + Fort Home will include a range of products created in-house, as well as selectively sourced items from across the world.
Ceramics, beauty products, pens, stationery, soap, candles and more will be available for purchase at all store locations by the end of October 2016.
“The inclusion of beauty and home products has been a natural progression of the Oak + Fort brand,” says Alyssa Lewis, Industrial Designer. “It closes the loop for our customers, allowing them to embrace the entirety of our design philosophy and minimal aesthetic from what they wear to what they surround themselves with.”
“Our clothing is a reflection of our design values—where the simple, wearable and affordable are key. We have approached home products with a similar outlook, bringing together our interest in homewares and design under the umbrella of the everyday minimal that Oak + Fort is known for,” adds Miya Kondo, Visual Brand Manager.
The collection will be priced from $4 to $150, and will also be available online next year.
