Artists open their studios during the Heart of ART sale.
The Heart of ART
If you missed (or just plain miss) November’s Eastside Culture Crawl, you can experience a sampling of its artists and their wares at The Heart of ART sale Thursday, February 18 through Saturday, February 20 at the Mergatroid Building (225-975 Vernon Dr.) and 1000 Parker St.
You’ll find paintings, ceramics, furniture, clothing, jewellery, photography, sculpture, mixed media and much more when more than 30 Culture Crawl regulars, including Bronsino Designs for Living, Patina Designs, Su Foster Jewellery and Flight Path Designs, open their studios to the public.
If you have Games-time guests who’ve never experienced the Crawl, this is a great chance for them to shop local while taking in the eastside art scene.
Entry is free, and a percentage of sales will go to charity. And just like at the Crawl, there will be refreshments.
February 18–19, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
February 20, 12–5 p.m.
225-975 Vernon Dr. (The Mergatroid Building) and 1000 Parker St.
