Where do the cool people go in Vancouver?

Granville asks in-the-know locals for their go-to eat, drink and be merry spots in our weekly “It People” series

Andrew Morrison, founder of Scout Magazine and food writer extraordinaire

I spend the majority of my evenings close to my home in Strathcona, so that means Chinatown and Gastown, for the most [part]. For drinks, I’d consider myself a regular at Boneta, Bao Bei, The Diamond and L’Abattoir. I like the irreverence of those places, and there are few things more attractive to me than effortless expertise. They do serious things without being serious, and pretension isn’t their bag.
