Where do the cool people go in Vancouver?

Granville asks in-the-know locals for their go-to eat, drink and be merry spots in our weekly “It People” series

Dani Vachon, director of Olio Festival and hardcore music lover:

Guilt & Co. Yes, I run this place so perhaps i’m a little biased, but honestly, any place with giant Jenga, 1949 edition Clue, housemade pickles and improvised music is basically my dream bar.

The Brickhouse has pool, darts, bookshelves, couches and aquariums. So cozy, so comfy.

The Biltmore Cabaret is one of the best live music spots in the city! And the staff is super friendly… or maybe that’s just because I know them all.

Boneta serves not only some of the best food in the city, but the bartenders really REALLY know what they’re doing. This is where I go to learn all there is to know about random things, like Pernod.
