Celebrate with Canadians across the country with a digital Canada Day Parade.
If you are looking for a way to show your Canadian pride digitally this Canada Day, join the Canada Day Parade and represent Vancouver!
The Canada Day Parade is an interactive parade created by the Canadian Tourism Commission, showcasing tweets about Canada from across the country. The parade route starts in St. John’s Newfoundland at 4:30 a.m. PST, and passes through every capital city before finishing in Victoria at 11:50 a.m.
On Twitter? Get involved by tweeting about “Canada.” Shortly after tweeting, your profile picture will appear alongside those of other Canadians celebrating their country.
Head over to canadadayparade.ca or defilefeteducanada.ca throughout the day to see the parade’s progress.
