Get an inside look at Vancouver's newest fashion boutique
With its sleek black and white exterior and patent white shelving that makes the beautiful clothes pop, the new Judith & Charles store is just as fun to look at is it is to shop in (OK, maybe not quite as fun, but it’s really pretty). Located on Vancouver’s West 4th Avenue, this is the third location to hit the Lower Mainland, including the stores in Pacific Centre and Oakridge Centre.
BCLiving took a peak during the store’s official opening on March 20th, and we want to share the sartorial goodness.
The store is broken up into colour-coded sections, and this pink tone is to die for. It goes great with whites and creams for a very spring look.
Judith & Charles add a modern touch to the classic black and white colour palette with bold patterns and silky fabrics from Italy and Japan.
This store’s apparel is full of white and cream colour combinations, like this edgy tweed and leather jacket.
The designers make neutral colours bold by colour-blocking their fabrics. These tan, cream and black pieces are appropriate in almost any occasion.
Showcasing their spring looks, light yellows and blues appeared all over the store’s table displays. Wish list: this golden yellow blazer.
Looking for denim? Judith & Charles carry an array of jean styles from J BRAND. A few other featured clothing brands are Velvet, Splendid and Joie.
This vintage-style Lara necklace features a dark chain and pearls. It’s just one of the many accessories available that will put an exclamation point on your outfit.
Charles Le Pierrès made sure to mingle with every guest at the opening (pictured above), along with his fellow designer and owner, Judith Richardson. Promoting their Canadian-made brand, the duo was just as beautiful and sleek as their clothing line.
