Vancouver-based withinUs celebrates their fifth anniversary with three collagen-infused recipes for summer
1. Collagen Powered Iced Coconut Latte
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of WithinUs Coconut Creamer
- 8 oz of brewed coffee
- 60 to 120 mL milk of your choice (this recipe used oat milk)
- 1 cup of ice
- Optional: sweetener of choice (this recipe used maple syrup)
DIRECTIONS
- Stir 2 scoops of Coconut Creamer to 8 oz of brewed coffee
- Mix in sweetener and top-up with milk
- Add 1 cup of ice
2. Collagen Powered Tropical Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop of within us WithinUs TruMarine Collagen
- 1½ cups of frozen pineapple
- ½ cup of mango
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup of coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy (add more/less coconut water depending on how you like the consistency of your smoothie)
3. Raspberry ReHydrate Mocktail Refresher
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop of WithinUs Organic Lemon ReHydrate + TruMarine Collagen
- 250 mL cold water
- 5 to 10 fresh raspberries
- 2 lemon slices
- 2 to 3 mint leaves
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Combine withinUs ReHydrate Collagen to water and stir until dissolved
- Squeeze in one lemon slice
- Add raspberries and ice cubes
- Garnish with mint leaves and remaining lemon slice
