The centerpiece for this multi-course meal is pre-sliced honey-glazed ham. Some fan-favourite sides are included, like scalloped potatoes with gruyère cheese, spiced fluffy hot cross buns with whipped butter and an indulgent rhubarb crumble for dessert.
