Within a walkable distance to the beach, the home’s driveway leads down to the public beach area in downtown Okanagan and a boat buoy is provided with the house, so any type of water craft can be safely tied off for the length of your stay.
Activities in the area: Perfectly situated to explore the surrounding areas, this beautiful home is a 45-minute drive from SilverStar, and a one-hour drive from Big White. If it’s water sports you’re into, you can hire kayaks, SUP and canoes at The Paddle Place, located just a five-minute walk down the road. Intrigue Wines, O’Rourke Peak Cellars, Arrowleaf, Ex Nihilo and 50th Parallel are also just a five-minute drive away with Gray Monk Winery within walking distance of the property.
