The Dish: Big Cut Thursdays
The Details: Now, this is a deal. Every week, Glowbal in TELUS Garden is serving up ‘Big Cut Thursdays.’ You can choose your steak—either a 34-oz Grilled Porterhouse with Jumbo Garlic Shrimps and Chimichurri Sauce ($119), or a 54-oz Canadian Angus Beef Tomahawk Steak with Mission Hill red wine jus ($139). Both options are individually seared and finished tableside, which makes for a fun and interactive dining experience. No matter your choice, this is a great value as you get a lot of food and can easily feed a family or group of friends (plus, you’ll likely bring home leftovers). Sides include pommes purée (these are super-delicious), seasonal vegetables (perfectly cooked) and weekly accompaniments.
