The Dish: Spot Prawns
The Details: Starting Monday, May 17th until the end of the season, Coast will be offering a special spot prawn happy hour feature as well as additional menu options. From 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. as part of their daily happy hour offerings, enjoy one pound of B.C. spot prawns and a bottle of Quails Gate rosé on the patio for $75. Or, take your pick from the menu which features spot prawn ceviche, crispy garlic spot prawns, spot prawn poke and grilled spot prawns ($19 each). If takeout is more your style, pick up or arrange delivery for one pound of B.C. spot prawns and choose from three read-to-enjoy preparations including: pan-seared crispy garlic with chili, soy and lime; grilled with lemon butter and salt; or steamed with white wine beurre blanc ($35 per pound).
