Fanny Bay Oyster’s Valentine’s Day offerings this year include food and drink features as well as a seafood boil feast kit to enjoy at home.
Available from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14, chef Tommy Shorthouse and his culinary team will feature romantic menu items that include: Steak & Lobster (6 oz AAA beef tenderloin with lobster and a Béarnaise sauce over asparagus), $55; Lobster Ravioli (heart-shaped pasta in tomato bisque with herb mascarpone), $35; and a Raspberry Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich, $16. Straight and Marrow will be offering two special cocktail features for Valentine’s Day, available from February 11 to 14 ($15 each). First, ‘A Kiss From a Rose’, with Lambrusco Rosso, Wild Rose Liqueur, chocolate bitters and cassis-rose foam; as well as the ‘Modern Casanova’, which includes brandy, Benedictine, blood orange and ginger-cayenne shrub.
