This Valentine’s Day, chef Jasmin Porcic of Edge Catering has curated a date-night dinner for two ($130). For starters, indulge in a charcuterie that includes Italian-cured meats, local cheeses, red beet hummus, crostini, house crisps and more, followed by your choice of braised beef short rib, wild sockeye salmon Wellington, or vegetable strudel. To finish, indulge in a chocolate mousse terrine with dark chocolate cake, rich chocolate mousse and brandied raspberries. 10. Bacchus Restaurant

Bacchus Restaurant’s executive chef Montgomery Lau and his talented team have created two exquisite dining options this Valentine’s Day.

First, a Valentine’s Day menu ($168 per person) that features four-courses, starting with an amuse-bouche of Kusshi oysters with northern divine caviar, followed by a selection of appetizers, such as cocoa-scented foie gras terrine and creamy lobster bisque. Your choice of mains includes slow-roasted dry-age blue-goose beef sirloin, pan-roasted Chilean sea bass, and red beet and roasted yam gnocchi. Two desserts are on the menu, including a rhubarb strawberry tart with vanilla crème patisserie and dark chocolate ganache. There is also a wine pairings option ($60 per person).

Torafuku’s swoon-worthy menu for Valentine’s weekend features seven courses, including four shared appetizers, a choice of main with paired starch, and dessert to finish ($65 per person).
