Q: I would like to find a nursery or someone that has purple pepper plants for sale. I live in Southern Ontario, Delhi Ontario and have tried and much enjoyed the purple variety.
Carolyn Herriot sells purple pepper seeds by mail:
PEPPERS ‘Hungarian Black’ (Heirloom) Early peppers. Lots of purple/black 4″ peppers on sturdy 18″ plants. Medium hot flavour. Great dried pepper. 60-70days. Ht. 24″.
TIP: Grow one plant per 2-gallon pot in a hot spot; feed with liquid seaweed through the summer for best results. https://www.earthfuture.com/gardenpath/htdocs/vegetable.html
