This 5-star stay is hosted by local residents Dave and Ashlee, who describe the property as a true “labour of love,” and spend as much time as they can there between bookings. And we can see why! The pictures alone are enough to sway you into immediately booking. The renovated 1970s vintage Airstream is beautifully finished and is complete with a full-sized shower, flushing toilet, toiletries, heating/aircon, queen-sized bed, twin-sized sofa bed, cable and WiFi. Outside you’ll find a firepit, BBQ, large lawn for activities ,including bocce and horseshoes (provided), a cedar-lined outdoor shower, cowboy-style soaking tub (yes, you heard that right) and sauna… I mean, come on, you really couldn’t ask for much more. With extra touches like local, award-winning coffee from Beachcomber Coffee Co., a wireless speaker and boardgames, Dave and Ashlee have really thought of everything. This charming space will be the highlight of your getaway and we can guarantee saying goodbye will be tricky.

Activities in the area: Check out some local trails and hikes for when the weather is dry, or spend your day perusing local cafes, restaurants and shops in the town of Gibsons. Treat yourself to the most delicious doughnuts from Deadly Doughnuts, found at Beachcomber’s coffee spot, and try out Lunita’s Mexican Eatery or Smitty’s Oyster House for a bite to eat. For happy hour, head to Persephone Brewing Company for quality craft beer, and The 101 Brewhouse + Distillery to enjoy unique cocktails.
