The world-renowned French pâtisserie, Ladurée has launched a limited edition macaron box collection with Milanese lifestyle brand La DoubleJ, in addition to unveiling a new creation, the rose macaron cake. Created by executive pastry chef Eulalie Hermand, the rose macaron cake is available in both individual ($11) and large sizes (from $42 for four) and features rose macaron biscuit with a layer of raspberry crisp, fresh grapefruit jelly and a delicate grapefruit crémeux.
