Cinnamon Bun Sea Salt Popcorn Recipe

Elevate plain old popcorn with all the flavour (but not the calories) of a cinnamon bun


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)


  1. Mix cinnamon, sugar and sea salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a medium pot over medium heat, add coconut oil.
  3. Once oil has melted, pour in your kernels.
  4. When your kernels have popped, mix with melted butter (or spray with coconut oil).
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar and sea salt mixture over the popcorn.
  6. Enjoy!
