Make this recipe with halibut or any other chunky white fish
Roasted halibut with feta, green beans and cherry tomatoes
That’s why this recipe in Chatelaine magazine for roasted fish with feta crust caught my eye.
I had half of a leftover a tub of feta cheese in my fridge and was looking for a new way to use it. This recipe looked dead easy, and it turned out to be just that. And it was really delicious.
I made the recipe with halibut, but I’m sure any chunky white fish would do. This is a dish you could easily make on a weeknight, or dress it up with a glass of wine for a lovely weekend meal.
Now what to do with my box of leftover croutons?
