Dine on gourmet grub oceanside at Araxi's al fresco dining events
There’s an undeniable charm to eating in the great outdoors. But if typical picnic fare doesn’t satisfy your gourmet side, then Whistler’s Araxi Restaurant is ready to fulfill all your fresh-air foodie dreams with their Longtable Dinners Series.
Longtable Dinners were created to celebrate all things local – from seasonal ingredients to talented B.C. chefs – and be enjoyed in some of the province’s most stunning settings. They’ve been hosted at North Arm Farm in Pemberton and Lost Lake in Whistler, but for the first time ever, Vancouverites have the chance to get in on the fun as well.
The inaugural Vancouver dinner will be held at Bard on the Beach at Vanier Park. This will be the largest Longtable to date, and Araxi head chef James Walt will be joined by an all -star cast of Toptable restaurant group chefs: CinCin’s Andrew Richardson, Blue Water Café’s Frank Pabst, West’s Quang Dang and Thierry Patisserie and Café’s Thierry Busset will all be making guest appearances and contributing a course to the menu.
Want tickets? You can purchase them for $175 per person by emailing or calling them at 604.932.4540. Each ticket includes a welcome reception, four-course menu, and wine pairings.
