With their French Mediterrean-inspired cuisine, it’s no surprise that Provence offers three different crêpes to choose from. Their fruit crêpes feature fresh fruit and whipped cream while their savoury seafood or chicken crêpes are très bon! In particular, Provence’s seafood crêpe is packed with rich West Coast flavour and filled with salmon, shrimp and baby scallops covered in a decadent velouté sauce.
